Function: Sales (Sell Shunmei/SWL products in Europe, mainly in Germany and Poland) Work Location: Head office in Germany with regular travel across Europe Employment: Full-time
Objective of the Position
Build and maintain customer relationships with hospitals and physicians
Achieve sales and revenue targets in the assigned territory
Support market presence through exhibitions and tender activities
Ensure professional customer support from inquiry to completion
Follow up order/delivery/payment
Main Responsibilities
Drive direct sales of Shunmei/SWL products in the German and Polish markets
Regularly visit hospitals and maintain strong relationships with doctors and key hospital departments
Follow up on orders, ensure smooth execution and settlement
Attend industry exhibitions and medical conferences
Prepare and support tender documents and related activities
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably within the medical device industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with medical professionals
Knowledge of the medical device market; experience in vascular intervention or machine devices is a significant plus
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and a proven target-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in German or Polish is a strong advantage
Willingness to travel regularly across Europe, primarily within Germany and Poland
Preferably holds a valid driver's license and has access to a car
